The emotional stress of losing a parent I am extremely close to and then having to clean out her home of 27 years was an unbelievable task especially since my mom lived in FL and I live in CT. After several trips to FL to clean out all the personal items I wished to keep as memories, I had no idea how to dispose of the furniture and other large items before selling the property. My realtor referred me to The Estate Settlers and I have all great praise for what this company does. Harvey kept me posted every step of the way, sent pictures when the house was completely done, and was very sympathetic to my loss. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance cleaning out a property, whether it’s your own property or that of a loved one. A 5-Star thank you to this company! Lois L.
My mother passed away last week in Hospice. It was a difficult time and somehow my sister and I came across Estate Settlers Harvey and Emily. I will simply say that their professionalism, expertise , compassion and empathy were evident from the first call with Emily. Harvey came to meet me at my mothers and told what he could do but he also told me what I should not expect. The process was easy but that’s not why I would recommend them it is their humanity in a difficult time and I thank them as it was one less thing. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys. You made it all a bit easier for my family and me Michael M.
The Estate Settlers team is very responsive, and cooperative. The nuances of guardianship create little hurdles along the way, and Estate Settlers rolled with delays and difficulties. They will handle as much or as little of a project as you want, and keep the lines of communication open throughout each job. I recommend Estate Settlers without reservation. The Estate Settlers - Estate Liquidation, Move Coordination, & Property Cleanouts 53 Google reviews Julie French2025-06-25Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently decided to move my Mom from Florida to be closer to family. We worked with Harvey at Estate Settlers to arrange several different cross country moves of household goods, sell items, and to clean out the house. There is no way we could have done this as efficiently and effectively as Harvey did. They are the best! Thank you Estate Settlers!

He's always so reassuring with making the overwhelmingly logistical and emotional process as care free as possible. Just toss him the keys,, and you'll be to your destination in no time flat. To know him is to love him. I highly recommend.

The Estate Settlers were extremely responsive and helpful, and supported our family through a very difficult moving situation. They handled all matters relating to emptying my mother's apartment, allowing us to remain in our homes across the country and conducting numerous virtual phone calls with us. They paid attention to every detail, and went above and beyond in all areas of sorting through her belongings, coordinating with movers, and selling and cleaning the remaining items and furniture. They were extremely professional at all times, communicated with us daily, and helped make a difficult situation a lot easier for our family. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking to ease the burden of cleaning out or moving from an apartment.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to help and appreciate your support! Roger Kahn2024-10-21Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I live in NY and have a home in Boca. I had to get rid of some furniture to make room for bunk beds for my grandchildren….and the turnaround window to remove the ‘old’ before the ’new’ arrived was very tight. One call to Emily and everything was arranged within an hour. It couldn’t have been quicker or easier!! Liza Daisher2024-10-21Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I do not recommend this company at all. I was told they would auction off furniture to be sold, but in the end sold absolutely nothing and made no effort to sell anything. In fact, they wanted to charge us more money to haul away the heavier items. I couldn’t even write the furniture off for charity because he told me they took it to the dump for disposal. Who takes good quality furniture like, end tables, coffee tables, bedroom sets and a dining room set do a dump for disposal? The truth is, a few guys came with an auction truck to take the furniture away that day, that they were selling. They expressed how disappointed they were because a few pieces were missing, that I sold on the website Nextdoor. When we confronted Harvey about this, he said we were confused and that they never said they were selling furniture. After the job was completed, he demanded we wire money to him that day, because he did not want to be paid by a credit card or check. He told us, he put a lien on our house because we did not pay him on time. What a headache this company is from start to finish. Update to post, I had no problem with any damages from The Estate Settlers. You were paid well before the few pieces of furniture we kept were delivered to our house. I am not sure why you’re responding with that excuse.
Owner's reply
I’m sorry you were dissatisfied with our services and would like to clear up some points. From the beginning, I explained that antiques wouldn’t sell, and the truck was a borrowed trailer for disposal. We sold $500 worth of smaller items, but as expected, no furniture sold, especially since much of the salable items had already been sold by your realtor. The issue with the damaged item was the responsibility of the movers, not our company. You chose not to pay the invoice because of the damage, but to avoid any potential payment disputes, I requested a wire transfer, though we later agreed to use your credit card. While you declined the movers’ insurance, I believe they ultimately compensated you directly. The costs were exactly what we quoted, and there were no additional charges. We consider this matter closed and wish you the best going forward. Emily Watt2024-09-16Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Harvey and his team were amazing. They accomplished in a few weeks what would have taken me months. All of their contacts for shipping and estate sales were wonderful to deal with. Totally stress free experience!

Jeff, Thank you for your wonderful testimonial! I’m glad to hear you had a positive experience working with us. We aim to keep things clear and transparent, so it’s great to know we met your expectations. Your recommendation means a lot to us.
No, we do not buy furniture directly. However, we work with furniture buyers who are liquidators and specialize in buying and reselling. We earn a commission and an hourly fee for coordinating and meeting with these buyers. If you are considering hiring us solely to sell furniture, it might not be cost-effective unless we are also handling a complete home cleanout for you.
Our pricing varies depending on whats in your home. We offer a variety of options to fit your needs and budget. For more information, please schedule a free in home consultation.
You can reach us by calling 561-207-7654 X3, email info@theestatesettlers.com, or our contact form below. We are always happy to answer your questions.
The timeline depends on whether we are organizing the move for you. Typically, the entire process takes about 2 to 3 weeks from the time the resident has vacated the property. It’s best to contact us as soon as possible to ensure a smooth and timely transition.
We are not a moving company. However, we work closely with reputable movers and will coordinate the entire move for you. You can leave with just your toothbrush—unless you want it packed, of course!
We do not run estate sales. Many neighborhoods in Florida are managed by HOAs and Condo Associations, which usually do not allow estate sales. Instead, we bring in liquidators who specialize in buying and reselling items at various price levels.
